Trade fair shipping

We are familiar with the international trade fair centres and take care of the whole organisation so that your cargo will be available at the stand on time.

• Trade fair shipping (by truck and/or air freight/sea freight) from Switzerland and other countries
• Support in drawing up customs documents (export declaration form / temporary importation form (Freipass) / list of exhibits / translations)
• We can have the Carnet ATA drawn up and certified for you
• Packaging service (incl. corrosion protection): own production of fair crates, roll containers for rent
• Exhibition management on site in cooperation with the official fair forwarder
• Provision of stacker, manpower, full / empty goods storage etc.
• Our own Swiss delegation is on site during assembly and disassembly on a regular basis
• Repackaging service (incl. corrosion protection, repackaging kit).
• Return transport or onward transfer after the trade fair
• Complete insurance coverage for trade fair transports, can be covered by our inhouse insurance policy with good terms / premiums
